He did a great job in educating me with the process and providing me with realistic and/or reasonable expectations. He was easy to talk to and was always there to answer any questions I had, even if I had asked them before. Chad did an excellent job with the marketing campaign. I think the description he wrote and the photos of the property were very instrumental in the number of showings that were scheduled. He kept me appraised, frequently, through the entire process from first sit down to closing.
